We invited everyone to clean their closets and donate to great organizations with one quick and easy drop off!
For this first ever event, Do Good Roseville partnered with a number of organizations to help people find good homes for their new or gently used items while helping worthwhile organizations at the same time! It was super easy! We were setup in the Fairview Community Center and people just drove up and dropped things off. It exceeded our expectations – people must really be paying attention to Marie Kondo!

This will likely become an annual or semi-annual event and we hope we grow the number of organizations involved. This year we partnered with:
Adoption is Love Fund collected musical instruments to give to foster kids. They also collected hundreds of cards and card supplies that will become encouraging messages for both foster kids and foster parents.

Kids in Need collected books for kids K-12 for their teachers.

Bundles of Love collected a carful of yarn and fabric to make the homemade items that do into their bundles.

Do Good Roseville collected 2 carloads of shoes for Shoe Away Hunger which recycles shoes to fight hunger.

Do Good also collected many boxes and bags full of personal care items that we donated to the Roseville Schools.

Lions Club collected eye glasses.
