Each year the City of Roseville coordinates a city-wide garage sale. DGR heard that people living in apartments or on busy streets can’t participate in this event, so we decided to solve this problem with our “No Garage” Garage Sale.
Beginning in 2018 we invite people to bring a table and all the things they want to sell on the Saturday of the city-wide garage sale. Calvary Church on Lexington Ave has been gracious enough to allow us to use their parking lot for this event. Click here to see a video of the event.
Here are the details for our 2025 Sale:
Saturday, May 31, 2025, 10 am to 4 pm
at Calvary Church, 2120 Lexington Ave. N., Roseville.

Here are the details:
- Do Good Roseville is managing the sign-up process and monitoring the sale.
- Calvary Church is providing the parking lot space.
- By signing up, you will receive a space equal to two parking spaces (approx. 19′ x 17′). Spots will be on a first come, first served basis, but please do not arrive before 9:00 am!
- You will provide your own tables and chairs.
- You may bring a canopy. This will be in open parking lot, with no shade.
- The event is rain or shine!
- You will be responsible for removing everything at the end of the sale. There will be no garbage disposal available.
- Setup time will begin at 9:00 am. Everything must be removed by 4:30 pm.
- There will be no bathroom facilities on-site. There are bathrooms available at the Lexington park building on the other side of Lexington, and a Speedway 1 block away.
